1: Teacher Position Changes
One of our teachers, Ms. Mana will be taking maternity leave this month! Congratulations to her and Mr. Yoshi! To continue our Japanese Culture class we will adjust some teachers assignments. Ms. Noriko will begin teaching Japanese Culture class. Her classroom schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
2: Term 2 Open School!
On February 11th we will hold our Open School. This event will be a live stream on Facebook. Please tune in from 8:30 to 9:45 to see all the classes in action! You can access the stream HERE.

3: Personal Learning Goal (PLG) of the Month!
This month's PLG is: THINKER! As we move deeper into the research for the March 18th STEAM Fair, students must use their critical thinking to evaluate and understand the information they find. As a Thinker, our students must take the time to synthesize information with their own experiences and knowledge. Be sure to talk to your children about this PLG.
