Steps in Hope International Academy’s Hiring Process

• Receive and review the Applicant's resume / CV

  • Including: college / universities official transcripts, all official teaching certifications

• 1st Interview

• Professional and personal recommendations researched

• Background Checks

• 2nd Interview

• *Lesson Demonstration

• Employment Offer

• Contract Signed

*Demonstration lessons can be done on site, via Google Meet/Zoom, or a videotaped 30-minute lesson may be submitted. All videos must have the time sequence displayed on the video without time gaps. Lesson plans must be submitted with all videos.
